Wastewater difficulties:
The circulating cooling water system mainly includes net, turbid circulating water, converter dedusting water, softening water, drum water, total hardness, turbidity, SS, total iron ion and total alkalinity, if the control is not good, it will lead to scaling in the dedusting water system of blast furnace and converter and bad cooling effect of billet, which will affect the quality of steel.
Project outcome:
(1) the total hardness of wet dedusting water system can be effectively controlled by double alkali dehardening and adding scale inhibitor and dispersant
(2) the turbidity and SS of turbid ring water can be controlled by coagulation sedimentation and chemical deoiling
(3)“WD Series”medicament is used to control the iron ion in the purified water and the softened water
